"While the room was adequate and cleaner than expected given the age the mattresses had seen better times and were a bit rough but still serviceable. The kitchen appliances while somewhat dated also very clean and worked well. Only downside was the pots and pans to cook with were a little rough. I suggest bring your favorites if you plan on cooking. The restaurant on site was really good and will even bring to your room. Arcade isn’t great so don’t expect the newest but air hockey is solid as is PAC man. Pool was nice our daughter liked it well enough. Didn’t try it out the hot tub out myself but everything was very clean. Another big plus here is the shuttle to hospital. The only real negative we had was the fiasco with billing while they were switching to a new credit card service. The hotel management was quick to help fix and assured us it wouldn’t happen again. It did but was fixed again just took time. "

"The entire property smelled strongly of chlorine from the pool. That included in our room. My friend had irritated eyes and sinuses from it. I had a bad headache. It's a nice property with a great staff, but something needs to be done about the smell. "

"We checked in at 4pm, when it says on their website that check in time starts. Upon arrival, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet and that they didn't know when it would be ready. We arrived at 4pm so that we could sit in the hot tub before the concert at Treasure Island started at 6pm. We missed out on the hot tub and had to get ready in the main hallway bathroom since our room still wasn't ready. It was dissapointing. And the hot tub is closed on Mondays so we weren't able to use it the following morning either. "

"Great gym area, nice breakfast. Loved the complimentary water and coffee. Only negatives were a lot of ants in the bathroom, and the walls are pretty thin. I could hear people talking and lots of stomping from the room above us. Thankfully I sleep with a sound machine which drowned it out at night."

"For the price parking should be cheaper and breakfast should be free, especially since most people are staying here for medical reasons"
