"Hotel updated and great staff. The potholes in the parking were horrible. Garbage strewn all over parking lot and around the outside of the building. Sam was a friendly and safe driver that took me to the airport. Thanks Sam."

"Staff was friendly. Hot tub was broke. Kid toy machines took money but wouldnt work. Asked for money back they said that it was through a different company and to call the number on machine. Parking is not free and payment also goes through 3rd party. So you have to check in and then basically check in again with information and car information on a different website. The rooms were okay. One of the rooms had toilet paper and pee in the toilet when we got into the room. Another room the AC made a horrible noise the entire time. It is walking distance to mall of America. It had a kid area in pool which was great for the younger kids."

"Was disappointed that the pool was closed and that our room didn’t have more amenities than we thought. It was super convenient being close to MOA and having a restaurant in the hotel but the hotel had an event going on which made it difficult to get dinner. Besides being close to the Mall, easy parking and clean that would be the only reason to stay again. We might find something a little more family friendly the next time we stay in the cities. "

"Clean hotel and casino but I’ve never met so many rude employees in my life. First, my husband bought a coffee from Caribou and they made other peoples drink but completely forgot about him. They said that he didn’t buy anything when he had a receipt. Next, the waitress at the restaurant we went to was very short and rude to my whole family. We didn’t matter to her and that was apparent. We asked another waitress for the necessities like napkins and silverware and without asking if we needed anything else, she walked away very quickly and didn’t stop back. Lastly, at the front desk, when we were trying to check out, my husband was standing in line at the counter and a man behind the desk rudely shouted “leave your hotel key on the desk and have a nice day”. Not to mention, comic bingo was fun but the music was too loud and the man spoke too quiet and too fast. Mind you, this was my birthday weekend and we had a good time but I don’t think we will be going back. "
