Our first room was not clean. The second room we waited in the lobby for 45 minutes & she did her best & tried to clean, but missed the trash and the entire bathroom. Kia was a doll, and it was not her fault. We went to dinner so she could finish cleaning, and got back and decided to leave. She told us she was going to refund us because of the trouble. Staff was amazing, cleaning was not.

Great first impression! This was my first stay at a My Place and made the brand a serious option for me when needing a place to stay. I appreciate their dog friendly policy that allowed me to bring my 2 medium to large, well behaved dogs with me, in a city that has very few affordable choices for dog friendly hotels. My stay was only 2 nights, but staff was welcoming and the common areas and room were well cared for.
