"Everything was good"

"The hotel was clean and the room well maintained.it was quiet. The breakfast was a decent portion and variety. The front desk staff was not forthcoming with information. I needed the airport shuttle and had previously asked how often it ran. I was only told, it ran every hour on the hour. When I checked out and inquired about the shuttle I was told I wasn't on the shuttle list. No one told me about a list. Then the front desk worker called the shuttle driver, who was sitting outside in the empty shuttle, to asked if he had time to drop me off. It was 5 min before the hour. If he runs at the top of the hour why shouldn't he have time? The driver was polite and had good conversation but did mention to me that he was doing me a favor since I wasn't on the list. How are you at work, during your scheduled hours, and doing me a favor by assisting me in your job capacity, during the time I was told that you would be available? I stayed because it was close to the airport with shuttle and breakfast. I travel quite often and this was probably the least favorite service oriented stay in awhile."

"Room very clean. Did not have meds stocked. Needed Benadryl for an allergic reaction but they did not have. Can improve on that. Overall very clean place."

"We stayed in what was considered the suite . It was very spacious...the room was clean..it appeared that it hadn't been occupied in awhile ..and the bathroom could have used a once over."

"The pool was so disgusting. It’s as mucky, and there was hair all over in the water and it wasn’t mine or my kids. None of the ice vending machines worked except on the 1st floor. We had the noisiest neighbors and I tried calling the front desk 3 times and all it did was ring and ring, no one answered. Tried to call for extra towels and it just rang and rang. Finally went downstairs to front desk to get more. When I talked to front desk clerk about the Friday night noise from neighbors, all they said was that sometimes the phone isn’t on right so it won’t actually ring in their end and if the people next to us wanted to extend their stay, they would allow them too. Saturday night, power went out in the whole block. No one checked the elevators to see if anyone was stuck in them. 30 minutes after the lights went out, asked the front desk lady if she had heard anything and she was very, very rude to all customers who were in the lobby. She was overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do. Once the lights came back on, she started yelling at everyone in the lobby to be quiet and respectful of her working. No one was being overly loud! We will NOT stay there ever again. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel and I travel a lot!"

"There were many highlights from my stay. The Staff were so accommodating to me, kudos. I believe the front staff I first came in contact her name was Leticia was tremendous. Everyone was great. The hotel has been transformed since my last stay in December, WOW, nice atrium and room. Thanks, I shall return."

"Room was clean bed was comfy bathroom ceiling was flaking and needs a little love and the pot holes just about totalled my car but overall great hotel"
