"Everything was dirty everywhere. The inside of the elevators really need to be cleaned. There was dust everywhere in the pool room. I know they just reopened the pool but at least wipe everything down. No towels in the pool area. Asked front desk for some and didn’t get any. The room was mostly clean though. The tv takes a skilled person to get it operational as it doesn’t just turn onto tv, it requires some button pressing in the right things to get it working. Parking lot had rocks from the sides of the building and landscaping. Was probably the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in."

"There was a nearby basketball tournament; check in took over an hour with only one overwhelmed desk attendant who was going the best she could with the onslaught of guests. Kids running everywhere, parents not caring until about 11:00, then just loud parents in the atrium. I would suggest getting a room over the pool which closes earlier. Staff was great, very attentive during breakfast too."

"Upon arrival the receptionist at the front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t find my reservation and kept getting my name wrong. We weren’t informed about breakfast, or what time it started. We also weren’t informed about the pool and the pool hours. The hotel itself is outdated but was clean. The breakfast was decent. They served a variety of options hot and cold. The hot tub was nice as well as the pool."
