"First I will talk about the staff. The staff were very polite and kind. At check-in Aaron was helping us and was beyond polite. The pool was great and wpuld highly recommend poolside. There were some minor things but in reality when you have great service it truly makes up for it and makes complaints far less likely. I would highly recommend this place and hiring more people like Aaron! Would come back. Thanks. "

"Parking ramp was confusing, breakfast was great. Had separate things for people who have celiac disease.. my room didn't have soap, otherwise everything else was clean and no problems."

"Excellent hotel. Location was primo! So convenient to shop and walk back to your room! Wonderful, unique experience at the Mall of American and the hotel. "

"Room was okay. The first room we tried, the carpet was pulling up from every corner, the bathroom light wasnt operational and was broken. Had them move us and it was a step up. Carpet was still badly torn in places, very used furniture, plug ins barely worked. The room was alright. They are remodeling which is great but noisy during the day, the workers left a giant mess throughout the hotel and didnt clean up at the end of the day. Breakfast was alright, hot breakfast was good and fresh fruit was good. Chorizo was super super greasy and not flavorful somehow. Parking is 14 bucks a day which is annoying. For the price it worked, but I wouldn't pay over $100 a night for this place."
