"I enjoyed the breakfast. It included making your own waffles, yogurt, juices, cereal, muffins, bagels, eggs, and another meat. Staff was nice. Parking can be a little tight but it’s free and has spots for EV. Plenty of handicap parking near the front door. Room was clean and smelled nice. Housekeeping will come to your room but it will need to be requested. Not a big deal, just thought people would like to know that. There is a Denny’s attached to the hotel. That Dennys is garbage and super dirty. Was given coffee in a dirty coffee mug that had what looked like was a tomato based sauce crusted near the top. The beds are super hard (and much I know is subjective because everyone has a different comfort to in bed firmness). It was so hard I continued waking up with back pain and I don’t have back problems."

"The door to the room would not close. I had to lift it to close the door. The free shuttle to the hotel was horrible. It said you need to call for a pick up, so I did. They said the van would be there in 10 to 15 mins. Myself and another guess waited 45 mins with no one showing up. We tried to call the property and no answer. We then payed for a lift. When we got to the hotel the doors were locked. It to a while to get someone on the phone to open the doors. When we got in they said they the person driving the van stopped at 10pm. The place is really run down. I will never stay there again. "

"It is located in a very good spot, around lots of things but will need a car. Single female traveler and never did I feel unsafe. All and all good experience and would stay again."

"I chose to stay at Radisson Blu for Spring Break to visit Mall of America. The stay was great, but the best part was the convenience to the mall. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I needed directions. The hotel itself self was amazing, clean, and up-to-date. I will choose Radisson Blu every time."

"The hotel was clean and the room well maintained.it was quiet. The breakfast was a decent portion and variety. The front desk staff was not forthcoming with information. I needed the airport shuttle and had previously asked how often it ran. I was only told, it ran every hour on the hour. When I checked out and inquired about the shuttle I was told I wasn't on the shuttle list. No one told me about a list. Then the front desk worker called the shuttle driver, who was sitting outside in the empty shuttle, to asked if he had time to drop me off. It was 5 min before the hour. If he runs at the top of the hour why shouldn't he have time? The driver was polite and had good conversation but did mention to me that he was doing me a favor since I wasn't on the list. How are you at work, during your scheduled hours, and doing me a favor by assisting me in your job capacity, during the time I was told that you would be available? I stayed because it was close to the airport with shuttle and breakfast. I travel quite often and this was probably the least favorite service oriented stay in awhile."
