"This is the second time booking here for my work trip to Minneapolis. The staff was great as usual. They have a free shuttle back and forth from the Mall of America and Airport. Free breakfast was a plus! Rooms well maintained and clean! They also have a gym to get a quick workout in and pool. Shuttle driver Gary is always a pleasure to have a conversation with. Will definitely be booking here again."

"Very nice modern hotel. Did not like paying for parking at a suburban hotel with a huge parking lot. Any chance on giving your customers a break? Hotel bar is good and has yummy food choices. Room is on the smaller side but clean and good mattress. I would stay here again."

"I chose to stay at Radisson Blu for Spring Break to visit Mall of America. The stay was great, but the best part was the convenience to the mall. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when I needed directions. The hotel itself self was amazing, clean, and up-to-date. I will choose Radisson Blu every time."

"Pool area had no signage to tell where it was. Room door had broken latching mechanism curtains ripped with barely a touch. Towels are in a random closet instead of the bathroom, like use a towel bar or have a wall shelf or a shelf under the sink. Also charged $15+tax for parking?? Come on if you had all these problems and you then charge for parking, sad."

"The hotel was clean and the room well maintained.it was quiet. The breakfast was a decent portion and variety. The front desk staff was not forthcoming with information. I needed the airport shuttle and had previously asked how often it ran. I was only told, it ran every hour on the hour. When I checked out and inquired about the shuttle I was told I wasn't on the shuttle list. No one told me about a list. Then the front desk worker called the shuttle driver, who was sitting outside in the empty shuttle, to asked if he had time to drop me off. It was 5 min before the hour. If he runs at the top of the hour why shouldn't he have time? The driver was polite and had good conversation but did mention to me that he was doing me a favor since I wasn't on the list. How are you at work, during your scheduled hours, and doing me a favor by assisting me in your job capacity, during the time I was told that you would be available? I stayed because it was close to the airport with shuttle and breakfast. I travel quite often and this was probably the least favorite service oriented stay in awhile."

"A very solid and quiet building within which to stay. Very nice staff at the front desk and shuttle drivers. The hotel restaurant food was not bad at all, as one of our servers said, "Minnesota does comfort food really well". I would agree."

"I arrived having a reservation but was told they had no rooms. I had to go to another hotel. Lobby was dirty, looks like it is a homeless shelter."

"We stayed just one night on a Thursday. The pool was perfect for our kids, and there were less than 10 people in the pool area. Hotel rooms were clean and updated. "
