"We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no."

"The customer service @ this hotel was HORRIFIC! NEVER staying here again. I had an issue w/ the 3rd party I reserved through, resulting in 3 room reservations. I called the hotel immediately after realizing the glitch (NINE minutes after my cancelation deadline). They told me I had to reach out to the 3rd party as there was NOTHING they could. I called the 3rd part, who contacted the hotel, & was also told there was NOTHING they could do to cancel my extra reservations. As a last ditch effort to try & cancel something, I reached out to the hotel manager, who rudely told me someone from the 3rd party had already tried canceling for me & the notes under my reservation stated I had been informed there was nothing that could be done. Knowing there was a national dance competition in town, I asked AGAIN @ check in if they would be able to cancel @ least 1 of the reservations. As the desk clerk was telling me there was nothing she could do per the notes on my reservation, the clerk next to us turned away another potential customer looking for a room w/ 2 beds, which is what I was trying to cancel. So they wouldn’t have even been out money even, just a bit of time to cancel my reservation & book under the other guest. W/ SO many other great hotel choices in Rochester there is no need to stay somewhere that treats their guests so poorly. If proximity is an issue for you, there are several hotels that even offer free shuttle services for their guests. Check them out! "

"The price was more in line with my needs I only needed a place to sleep while my wife was in the hospital. I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was quite acceptable. I had no need for pool, hot tub, laundry, etc."

"Property was clean. The morning staff was friendly and a good variety breakfast. The evening staff was hard to work with and unkind. The parking is a problem as we were told one thing and then rudely told another. Which left no room for parking or cars and no staff that was willing to help us. We're also told that other people checked in on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and needed multiple spots for their cars so they sold them parking passes even though there is not enough room in the parking lot for one room per car when the hotel is fully booked, which it was. I also had the light in my bathroom start raining on the last night of my stay which is in electricity and water problem so I would not allow my children to take showers in there. Although they had been dancing all day at a dance competition they were unable to shower and the front desk had no help or solutions as the hotel was fully booked. Very frustrated with our stay."
