Very nice place to stay, stayed for a visit to Mayo Clinic, it is hooked up to the subway tunnels to Mayo and had plenty of parking. Left my vehicle there while I had my appointments. Friendly staff and clean spacious room. Very nice.

Needs renovating badly. Elevators are ridiculously slow as well. Rooms are poorly layed out. Mattresses are horrible. The positives are that the rooms are fairly quiet, and reasonably clean.

An older hotel, but everything was incredibly clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Mayo subway access was excellent with the cold winter weather. Will absolutely stay here again if we have to come back to Rochester.
