The pool has not worked the entire time we were here. This is why we booked this hotel, for use of the pool for medical reasons. We were sent across the road, to another hotel with pool, this pool also wasn’t working! The staff at that hotel said the pool hasn’t worked in months. We were the sent to a third hotel to use the pool (same hotel chain) and were told we could use this pool only once.
Our fridge did not work in our room, damaging $200 worth of newly purchased groceries, many of which had to be thrown out. There was numerous notes stuck on doors of appliances not working in a number of guests rooms - complaints of microwaves and fridges not working, dishwashers in the suites not working. Yesterday, I was at the desk and another guest came to say her microwave was still not working or addressed.
We were moved to a room with a working fridge, but having to move rooms three times was a huge pain especially as we have been here so long.
The shuttle drivers were amazing, the breakfast is very good. We would have left after our second night if the shuttle drivers weren’t so great. Beds are very comfortable.
