We’ve been coming to south Florida for 40 years and this is the best place by far. Just fabulous in every way. Upscale, sumptuous but accessible with the most attentive staff. Wonderful resort yet with intimate, boutique spaces. High quality throughout from the valet to the pool to front desk to exquisite food and service. Love love love this place

Still our favourite hotel in the world so far which is why we keep coming back. Gorgeous rooms, restaurants, pools and beach with superb staff who smile and say hello in a genuine and warm way when they see you (and Randy in the Seafood Bar is the best and friendliest barman we have ever met). Highly recommended and although not cheap, is worth every penny. Already planning our next trip back!

We stayed for the first time this week for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and not too busy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, which made it even nicer. The pools were clean and relaxing. The beach access was literally out the door. A few hours after arrival I received a text asking if we needed anything else, so I asked for another towel and to unlock the safe. Someone came to the room within 10 mins to get it sorted! Great place to visit for relaxation, spa is amazing, pools are quiet, beach is beautiful. Staff are amazing and there for anything you need.

Clean Great location Staff were good

What a great place to stay for a few days. Love Fort Lauderdale and this hotel was excellent

Great hotel, excellent location on beautiful beach. Staff sort out the sunloungers and parasols - all included in the resort fee. Excellent grounds and pools. Lovely rooms and hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Naples is a beautiful place with great restaurants. We did a boat trip and saw dolphins and manatees which I would thoroughly recommend,

Up market hotel, with ocean view rooms in the beach club section. Lots of swimming pools and am excellent choice of restaurants in the harbour side section of the hotel. A water taxi and a shuttle bus service is available between the two parts of the hotel.

All round excellence

The hotel exceeded expectations. I was told that they hotel was under refurbishment close to my stay. It didnt in anyway impact our stay. Staff were helpful, place is clean and in great condition. Thanks a lot.

It was smashing

The facility was excellent i have stayed there 5 time over the years, even before it was upgraded. I'd recommend it to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The valet took care of our car while the bellman handled our luggage, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and the team gave us some great information about the local area. When we got to our room, all we could say was WOW! It was beautifully presented, spacious, spotlessly clean and a really lovely place to come back to after a day out. The pool area was perfect. The water was a lovely...
