A beautiful house on four floors with lovely large well kept and clean room. The kitchen was very spacious with lots of room for entertaining. The only issue I had was that when I asked for the single bedded rooms to be made up they did not get the message as this is through the virtual assistant. This was a minor issue that didn’t affect our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone as location was great and lots of facilities.

The owner was just fantastic, so attentive to our needs and the secret way to locate the property, (if you know, you know, it is a genius), the first people and or persons we were introduced to were three stunning horses. (Two of our favourite royals after Kate of course, & My Wife' nickname), we loved the alpacas, the rabbits, the dogs and it was just so picturesque and beautiful. Our whole holiday was just perfect we didn't want to leave. We would love to see the owner again and love that part...

What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The cottage is beautifully presented , warm and clean with a very comfortable sofa and bed. Great location in the heart of Winchcombe but tucked away and private. A well equipped cottage with washing machine and dishwasher, lovely big bed, comfortable lounge and a courtyard garden. There was a somw noise from the pub garden two doors down, particularly when they had a live band on, but it didnt go on too late. The bath was one of those with an accessible door on it so you can walk in and a hoist which made it a little strange , but shower was fine. Great stay. Will stay again.
