Nice hotel in a good location only 5 minutes drive from downtown and Tin City. Whilst the hotel is nice it could do with a refresh. However, that should not detract from what is a great hotel and staff. The rooms are very comfortable with all the amenties you could need. The staff are fantastic and really could not do any more to help you including with tips on where to find free parking in down town and must sees.

Beautiful hotel. Great view from balcony. Lovely pool. Room was really spacious and well played out

Lovely resort in all aspects and would highly recommend

Good breakfast

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and well located.

Overall enjoyable stay. Good value for money and lovely heated pool and garden. Room was average for motel chain but was clean and furnishings in good condition. Only negatives were the $7 charge for safe use in and poor check in experience. It was very slow, and after 10mins the room key didn’t work on two occasions. We were up graded to a premium room facing the pool which was much quieter (note standard rooms face a noisy road) but key card only worked for one night even though are stay was...

Great location nice deck area, good size room could do with a little refresh, needs better blind as let in too much light, comfy bed, breakfast ok but mainly packaged products. Restaurant next door good for drinks and food so very handy.

Breakfast menu was good although bowls for fruit or cereal were tiny

Have stayed here many times and even though I booked wrong hotel this year for 1 week (no refunds) came here for 4 nights anyway leaving our luggage to enjoy the other hotel. This is the only place I would choose to stay in Naples. On the beach and great rooms. It doesn’t have that corporate, soulless feel that a certain 5 star group has. I love it here.

The Escalante was an amazing combination of excellent location, beautiful setting,,individual service and amazing food. The little private courtyard and table for 2 with each room was charming and the food was first class. They gave lots of good advice on where to go locally and everything is walkable.

Had an amazing trip at the Hyatt great for families! Emily at the front desk was so helpful!
