The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated."

"This hotel is extremely overpriced at $1,000 a night. The service was poor, and they put us in a room located in a building that wasn’t even the one shown on the Expedia photos. The room had no minibar, no bathroom amenities besides a hairdryer, and the attention to detail was on par with a Holiday Inn, not a luxury hotel."
