"Filthy run down dump. Pool was disgusting; hadn't been cleaned in weeks. No lounge chairs or towels at the pool. Wallpaper. Was peeling off the walls. Room was old and smelling of mold. At check in there was no one at the desk. Couldn't find a single worker for over 30 min. This place needs to be bulldozed into the ocean. This is fraud and I will fight to get come of my money back...please please please do not even think about booking this place. Dump ola"

"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay. We being on vacation to celebrate our 10th. wedding anniversary, this hotel left us a sour note on the ocassion "

"We stayed in one of the suites which was nice and roomy and very clean. The staff was fantastic—very friendly, helpful, and always willing to please. The decor is dated and the fixtures are low end. The proximity to everything was fantastic! It’s on a busy street so the traffic kept me up but I live in a very quiet neighborhood so this might not bother most. This could easily be a 4 star with simple upgrades. This stuff did not bother us as we were only here to sleep and were out and about from sunrise to bedtime. We would rather spend our money on activities than high end accommodations. I would stay here again as it was very clean and easily accessible to everything. "
