"The place looked new and modern. Beds were nice. The breakfast was just okay. I expected a better menu. Not many healthy choices and plenty of carbs. Quiet room. TV was not in front of beds and was smallish. Decent location near but not next to I75. 20 min. drive to downtown and beaches. 3.5 stars."

"We have stayed at lots of Hampton Inns. This one was the worst by far. We asked for a quiet room on a high floor away from the elevators and they gave us a room that failed all of our requests. We were given a room right opposite the elevators on the first floor and on the highway side of the hotel with trucks roaring by all night. The whole building shook when certain trucks passed. The breakfast was "bare bones" with no fresh fruit or hard-boiled eggs available. The whole building smelled of body odor including the hallways, breakfast rooms and our own room. The bedding including the pillows smelled like body odor. The mattress was so old that it squeaked with the slightest movement. Something is very wrong here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone."
