"Overall this was a great stay. Couple areas for improvement would be the old lumpy soft mattresses that need replacing, as well as the no towel rule for the pool area. Frustrating to get there at 10am and no poolside chairs available because there were towels on them. It's clearly marked on the sign when you come into the pool area that you cannot do this, but the rule is not enforced. Some of the saved chairs had no one on them at 1pm. Very frustrating! "

"My husband needed a place to stay for a couple of days, because of construction in the house. He said that while the room was ok, the mattress was as hard as a rock. He is slightly disabled and slipped on the bedroom floor and said he called out for someone to help him. No one answered but he was finally able to get up. He came home after one day with a bad bruise from his fall and said he refused to stay there another night. The worst thing was that he bought home bedbugs. Having stayed in hotels all over the world, I always wash clothes directly from the luggage and never let them near the bedroom until they’re clean. This time I forgot to wash his and woke up to those bites. I made a mistake in booking this hotel, next time I’ll be more careful. It seems a local hotel needs as much research as a hotel in another country."
