"Room had a little kitchenette with plates, little sink, microwave - super handy! Amazing view from 12th floor. Didn’t bother with breakfast as the queue was massive. Staff were lovely. Lighting in the room was excellent, various options for different moods! Would definitely stay again. Great location."

The staff was friendly, check-in was easy, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. "Clean room. Shower didn’t drain very well. Tried to use online check in but digital key couldn’t be accessed and staff seemed to have no idea about the online check in process. Upgraded to exec but didn’t receive complimentary water. Friendly staff, greatly kept hotel, room was great (much better than photos give away!). TV was rather slow. A 50/50 experience."
