"The minute we walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member. It was a very busy in the evening and in the morning, but the staff handled things very well and everything moved very quickly and smoothly. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast area also was very clean and well maintained. The staff there was very friendly. It was very convenient to have free shuttle service from the airport. We stayed there the night before our cruise. It was great. I highly recommend it! We will be returning."
