"We booked this hotel last minute after our 10 PM flight was canceled and we had no way to rebook that night. I called for the hotels shuttle service to pick us up. After waiting over an hour at the airport, we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival, the lobby had an overwhelming fragrance. Despite three staff members being at the desk, we were directed to check in using a virtual kiosk with a remote agent. Between poor audio and loud music from the connected bar/lounge, it was difficult to understand the agent. When we got to the room, my daughter pulled back the covers and immediately noticed black specks and what appeared to be dead bugs in the bed. There was also visible dirt and sand on the sheets and blanket. The floor had noticeable dust and dirt in several spots as well. Because of the condition of the bed and overall cleanliness concerns, we chose not to stay and returned to the airport to wait overnight. When I requested a refund, staff declined because we had been in the room for about an hour. This was only because we knew we'd be up all night and needed to charge our phones. Rather than argue while already exhausted from travel delays, I chose to leave and dispute the charge through my credit card."

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds and 1 double sofa bed. However the sofa bed was a single and did not meet our needs. We voiced our concerns at the front desk of the Hotel and Maureen and Zita were very accommodating and corrected our problem. All hotel staff were very kind and friendly. "

"Very disappointed,I don’t know how they can say “restaurant” on site,my wife and I are still laughing about that Shuttle was ok,no real issues ,except when your front desk said one of the shuttle’s broke down and when the driver arrived he knew nothing about it.The airport was busy,fully understand that. Lobby is so small and you have a lot of people checking in from the cruise port and at the same time people are checking out is ridiculous!!! Never ever again will we stay here,AND the price for the service is outrageous. Just a quick comment about the rooms. We’ve never stayed anywhere that a hotel/motel washroom makes you leave your clothes on the floor because there are NO HOOKS to put a change of clothes. If you have a family and you don’t want walk it of the room NAKED your clothes will be on the floor We’ve been travelling for about 35 years and honestly this is not how we like to leave a review,I know some people work hard but I can’t explain how very disappointed in this establishment Thanks Larry&Teresa "

"Location to cruise port, some shopping and restaurants is great. We waited for over 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to arrive for pick up. I tried calling the hotel twice and couldn’t get through to anyone. The man on check in was super rude when I let him know about the shuttle and the amount of people arriving. I asked him about booking the cruise port to airport shuttle and he said they don’t offer that. Yes they do. I booked it the next morning with the lady who runs it. He also gave us the room right next the elevator….grrr. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is not worth the $698 I paid for one night. "
