"We booked this hotel as a “splurge” night before heading out on a cruise, expecting a relaxing and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating hotel stays we’ve ever had. Our room was placed directly underneath a 24-hour gym something that was never disclosed at booking or check-in. All night long, it sounded like we were beneath a bowling alley. Guests were actively working out and dropping heavy weights onto the floor, creating constant, jarring noise that echoed through the room. What’s most disappointing is how this was handled. I was in contact with the front desk throughout the night via chat, repeatedly reporting the noise above us. At no point did anyone explain that we were under a 24-hour gym and that the noise would not stop. That information would have made a huge difference in how we handled the situation. Around 11:45 PM, we were offered a room change but by then, one of my children and my mom were already asleep, and my youngest had just been woken up by the noise. Moving rooms that late at night was not a realistic solution for our family. We did receive a $100 refund, but it does not come close to compensating for a completely sleepless night and the overall poor experience. This stay fell far below expectations, especially for the price point and how the hotel markets itself."

"I had a great short stay, There were plenty of things to do and see in the surrounding area, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice variety of options. Overall, a really pleasant and convenient experience I’d definitely stay again"

"The room felt brand new. It was very clean and the air conditioning was perfect. Convenient location and the parking was Great. I loved those kind Caribbean ladies at the front desk. Big ups to the Bahamas and Jamaica ! "

"LaQueisha (spelling?) at the front desk as well as all of the front desk personal were super helpful and kind when I interacted with them. The extended check out time and ability to store luggage and use the facilities after check out was super helpful. Karen and Bonnie provided a delicious and flavorful breakfast with so many options. I particularly enjoyed the egg white and vegetable omelette and the sausage gravy. The King bed was so comfortable and the varied lighting options in the room was a level up compared to other hotels. I would return always when I have the opportunity."

"Nice big rooms and comfortable bed and pillows. Few airport shuttle was fast to pick up. We paid $20 for breakfast buffet per person. It was just okay. More like a continental breakfast. Staff were all nice and helpful."

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous. They upgraded our room to a large suite and beautiful views. The spa, pool and bars were beautiful as well. The food by the pool was really good as well. Prices were great as well. "
