"Great location! The rooms were updated. (We had a few problems that we brought to the attention of the staff and they were quickly addressed.) We paid extra for a balcony view, however it looked over the roof of another part of the hotel... No street view, no pool view, no beach view. With that said, we didnt go to Key West to stay in our room. Great beach next to property that offered chairs for guests and 3 pools gave us plenty to do while at the resort. I would definitely recommend!"

"Average motel-like or below average hotel and subpar breakfast. The staff are lovely, but the hotel is charging WAY too much for their rooms (up to $300 per night) in the condition that they are in. Scratchy sheets, not a formal blanket/comforter, uncomfortable pillows, scratchy and yellow stained towels, stained walls, lampshades and furniture, black mold stains on bathroom ceiling and wall paper peeling. "

"The hotel room wasn’t very big, but all the amenities were great. It was clean and service was fantastic. You stay here for the south beach vibe. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Miami. Food, restaurants, beach, Amazing!"
