"We loved the location of the Resort and the "chill" vibe it provided. The hourly shuttle to and from downtown Key West was a GREAT asset and we utilized it everyday. We also took advantage of the bicycles to get to lunch (at Hog Fish) and the kayaks. My only frustration is that we must have missed the $50 daily "resort fee" in the fine print when we booked so that was a bit of a surprise. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to others."

"The room was nice, had a view of the pool. Modern room, nice bathroom. Issues were the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows are like rocks, creating neck pain. The telephone in the room wasn’t hooked up which made it difficult to contact the front desk. The cleaning ladies were nice however they did not restock the bathroom with necessary paper products. They had to take toilet paper rolls off the cart twice. They also didn’t change the sheets and we were staying for 8 nights. Then the a/c motor...
