"Never made us aware they would be having construction of the property our entire time there. Everything was taped off and it was extremely noisy all day. Hard to enjoy a relaxing day at the pool. Housekeeping didn’t arrive to turn over room til 6pm. Giving motel for hotel pricing. Wouldn’t come back"

"Everything about this hotel is great for our night before our cruise. The airport shuttle that’s included. Fast and friendly service. And the next day, the shuttle to the cruise port(also include included in your stay), very organized fast. Couldn’t ask for a more organized clean place. "

"The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge."

"If you enjoy old, dirty, poorly maintained rooms that feature used child swimsuits (and you don’t have children) with loud staff who stand around instead of assisting you and paying a premium for it, the Mondrian is spot for you! Slow service, stingy with towels, and rundown. Very disappointing. They took $300 off the bill, but no other accommodations for the conditions. Enjoy :)"
