Fabulous accommodation and facilities. We needed somewhere that I could work from in the morning (wifi and space was great) and then easily get in town in the evening for meals. Very helpful staff. Checkin and departure was seamless. Nice coffee shop just down the road. If we ever visit the area again I would definitely stay here.

This property is truly amazing but what adds the extra star are the staff, Shawn made our holiday, could not do enough for us. The house is just beautiful and so much history and extremely central. Just a few things that would advise but doesn’t effect the overall place, 1) the room we were in was opposite checkin so can be a bit noisy at times 2) the light from the outside garden pool area is on all night and keeps the room very light at night. These didn’t bother us but may affect others

Amazing hotel. Beautiful setting. Great room, wonderful breakfast and comfy poolside bar. Terrific staff. A must for a stay in Key West.

Great location

The breakfast was more than adequate mainly continental but the air con was maybe a bit loud

This was like staying as a cherished house guest in a beautiful home with the most perfect hosts whose attention to detail is second to none. The presentation of the accommodation, food, little extras and advice about the local area were exceptional. Calling it a 'B&B' does not do it justice.

A lovely hotel. It is in a great location and in a beautiful building. We stayed in the Garden Room which is lovely, however it is a bit on the small side, mainly due to the huge bed! Highly recommended though.

Perfect location near to Duval Street but so quiet.

Wonderful, whacky, just a perfect Key West hotel! great welcome, lovely breakfast, pool and lobby honesty bars, pool towels (and sunscreen) fruit always avaiable in lobby. the ladies were just brilliant, great recommendations from them.Perfect location too.

Personal touch from the owner Michael was great, from the introduction to spending time chatting at pool.

Gorgeous place, I wish I had longer to stay than just the night!

Lovely room with great size bath. Lovely pool and thoughtful breakfast selection

This was a lovely little place I found for my first trip to Key West. The room was immaculate, breakfast was just what I needed to start the day and the staff were helpful and very polite. Check is was a breeze and very conveniently located.

we have expected a hotel, so this little gem came as a surprise. we love it at first sight! we spent two nights and wish we could have stayed another night. staff is friendly. location is great - off Duval street.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean room with everything you need. The hairdryer is a good power for those people with strong hair! Great spot to stay, we will be back.

I liked everything about this accommodation. Location, cleanliness, quiet area, breakfast and all staff is very friendly and helpful 👏 I stayed in few places while I was in Miami and this one was the best option. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended ⭐️
