The staff was very knowledgeable. The breakfast was very adequate. The rooms were clean and comfortable a little bit small the bathroom and shower didn’t have a lot of places to put things in. The parking was a few blocks away but all in all our stay was very good.

Quiet, comfortable beds. The room is very small, one less piece of furniture would make it easier to navigate. The room was clean to begin with, however I was there 5 nights and no one ever swept the floor. The entry is from outdoors, and the floor is hard wood, so it needs to be cleaned. I ended up finding the broom and sweeping myself. The plastic glasses provided were not clean ( one literally had lip- prints on it! The plug for the alarm clock radio was covered with cobwebs and dead insects. The breakfast was hit or miss. A couple of days the pastry was too stale to eat, the coffee tasted burnt, and 2 days in a row the milk for the cereal was spoilt. But for 1/2 block from Duval it’s incredible peaceful, has a nice little pool and lounging area. Didn’t have a bunch of weird rules to follow, didn’t pump in obnoxious music like a few resorts do. Slept well. Quiet a/c and ceiling fan were perfect for adjusting temp. I would most likely stay here again.

Property is well kept and on the smaller side. No pool but cute little hot tub area. Staff was very helpful and accommodating when our original room didn’t work out. Rooms were clean and cozy. Loved location in proximity to Duvall Street.

The location of this property makes it a winner! You are literally steps from Duval street and the Hemingway house! We arrived late, and staff worked with us for a late check in that was seamless. Parking is several blocks away, but you really shouldn’t expect close parking in Key West. We were there on an unseasonably cold night, and wished the hot tub had been warmer.

Every place is expensive in Key west. This place seemed reasonable. Room was small but had everything we needed. Pool was nice. It was closed the first night but open after that. There was a nice breakfast( included). My favorite were the hot croissants. We were so close to all the tourist sites. We could look into the Hemingway house backyard. Duvall St was one block away. Bike rental was a must and only $10/day. The staff were so helpful. She even helped me find a key lime pie shop to buy a whole pie to bring back home. It was so nice to have a free parking space too. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

It is a very good place to stay. The place is close to the main street and essentially you can walk to the best places in town. The parking was my main concern before going to the place, but after the checking-in process, the lady offered me a parking spot like 3 block away which was included in the package. Additionally you can park in front of the place if you find a parking spot. The staff is very sweet, specially the woman behind the desk.

We rented the Havana Suite for 3 nights for Fantasy Fest. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm. They offer an additional pillow. Luggage rack, ironing board to mention a few amenities. We didn’t get to take advantage of the hot tub but the hot tub area and lobby area are beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely consider booking again for next years event

Room was pretty clean….could’ve used a tad bit more dusting on some things…like TVs. But oh well. WiFi was terrible, I do not know if it was because we were in the second floor suite “Havana suite” or not but absolutely could not watch anything on my iPad or phone….not impressed with that position.
