Very lovely property in KeyWest and very close to all attractions within 10-15 mins. Staff is great, the pool side food options is excellent. Very tropical resort feel that me & family enjoyed.

Our check in experience was a bit odd- the lady at the front desk was boarding line annoyed at our questions, very curt, not very friendly - both my husband and I made the comment that she was almost rude. It was an older lady many tired not sure what happened there

Wonderful hotel. Large rooms. Even had a back part you could sit on in a chair or lay out. Great place! Resort fees a little high but that’s anywhere for a resort. For what you get I think it’s very good

My room was never cleaned while there and when house keeping did come I asked for new towels and they never came back to give towels . Over all the place is nice but house keeping needs works.

I loved the 4 swimming pools and the decks on the rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They do have shuttles to town but it is a good 2 mile walk in if like us you are a walker.

We had a blast in Key West the Parrot Key was so clean and tropical the best key west stay. All the staff was awesome and very personable. The prices at the resort were very affordable and the food was delicious. Smathers beach was not impressive the shuttles were amazing to down town. First time I have ever written a review and wanted to let everyone know that the pictures are real and u will b staying in paradise
