"Just about everything from check in, room uniqueness, room tech smart controls (all on one tablet/iPad in the room), view from our window (can see cruise ships turning in the basin), cleanliness, room use of space (especially the bathroom) and the service of the staff was second to none. "Checking front desk was fast and kind. Check out was a breeze. Bedroom was spacious with a view of the tarmac. It's a pretty cool seeing planes take off and land. Thin walls, others guests keep slamming doors which shook our bedroom walls and headboard. Hotel was quiet but doors need adjustable door closer to minimize door slamming. "

"Average motel-like or below average hotel and subpar breakfast. The staff are lovely, but the hotel is charging WAY too much for their rooms (up to $300 per night) in the condition that they are in. Scratchy sheets, not a formal blanket/comforter, uncomfortable pillows, scratchy and yellow stained towels, stained walls, lampshades and furniture, black mold stains on bathroom ceiling and wall paper peeling. "

"The hotel room wasn’t very big, but all the amenities were great. It was clean and service was fantastic. You stay here for the south beach vibe. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Miami. Food, restaurants, beach, Amazing!"
