I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was beautiful, very clean, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained.

For my family and me, it was a unique experience. The customer service was excellent, and the facilities and atmosphere were incredibly pleasant. My husband and I just stayed at voco Sandpiper and 10/10. Darla at reception welcomed us and from that moment on everything went smoothly. The rooms are huge and the cleaning is on another level, seriously. The whole hotel feels brand new and well taken care of. About the food: it’s not a buffet with 100 options, but everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. The tacos… wow, look for the taco guy because they’re spectacular. And the bars—don’t even get me started. The whole staff is super attentive and they make your drinks on the spot with the best vibe. You feel like you get what you pay for. We’re leaving happy and already wanting to come back

I just want to say that this property is amazing. I took my son and we had an absolutely incredible time. The staff was so professional for the most part. Make sure you bring lots of loose cash so that you can give tips cause they definitely deserve it every time we walked into our room the next day it was fully clean new towels bed was made. The food was divine even though it rained they still had stopped of activities for family and even for adults, I especially enjoyed the coffee bar. I forgot her name with the blonde hair. She was very helpful super friendly if I don’t go to Jamaica, I’m definitely planning on coming back here. I just suggest that you plan ahead Orlando, which has all of the family fun entertainment is about an hour to 2 hours out.

I loved the staff they were amazing the property itself is okay i had to change rooms three times once because the view was the parking lot not a garden but they upgraded me to water front which was nice however the bathroom ceiling was peeling and droopy and the room was dirty they moved me quickly next door only to have no phone my key fob never worked and the tub had paint marks and wasn’t in good shape but the food was great and the property itself is beautiful and well kept

Great overall experience. The staff really go beyond to accommodate all requests. The property was recently renovated and the rooms were nice. Food was good and consistent. Pool was great, and the bar service was very solid! I would definitely recommend!

The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner had several choices. The food was very good. The main pool was closed for repairs Monday through Thursday. We were not notified prior to our arrival. The lock on our patio door didn’t work.
