"I got to the hotel and they told me I couldn't stay because they don't accept foreigners.
I therefore did not stay here but they did not give me a refund despite already paying the hotel 3000 rupees.

The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy.
The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly.
We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. He also made sure we had no issues getting entry into the...

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The staff in this hotel care so much for the guests it's unreal. Having stayed in hotels the world over I can honestly say this is one of the top few and I would recommend staying here to family and friends, no questions asked. Our flight arrived slightly before the check-in time and we were accommodated, starting our stay. Housekeeping is second to none and the reception staff and room service are friendly and accommodative doing more than asked.

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.

The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in march.it is 5 star with great location and welcoming staff.very central location and near Nehru Metro station .nearby shops and in the mall food court. we were in executive room on the fifth floor which allowed us free breakfast,free wi fi in the room,free news paper and all day beverges and soft drink with sandwiches and cakes etc also from 18.30-20.30 free alchoholic drinks and hot nibbles.a great experiance
