"Check in was fast. The hotel staff are so hospitable and helpful. Laundry service is very reasonably priced and they do an outstanding job with same day or next day service. The restaurant is excellent. Every time the chef makes rounds and speaks to everyone making sure guests are fed well. If it’s not on the menu he will make it. The restaurant servers are always on the ball. The breakfast buffet is amazing. There’s something for everyone. Hot food and cold food. For full day tours we could request some fruit, pastries and water in order to make sure we had food that we knew was safe to consume. They packed brown bag lunches with utensils & napkins. Meals always had complimentary tasty accompaniments. The linens and towels are impeccably clean and rooms are serviced thoroughly. Water, tea and coffee is always available in the room. It’s pretty quiet so we had good sleeps. The pool area is very calming and private (except for occasional monkeys passing through). The location is close th the main shopping & eating areas in Connaught Circle. Tuktuks, Uber and Taxi are readily available. The hotel staff are very knowledgable and can recommend the best way to get around. The hotel is very secure and comfortable "

"Overall a great stay, but service was inconsistent. We chose the Sheraton due to the bigger kid-friendly pool as well as the proximity to the mall. Mall access was fantastically easy, and can probably only be beat by the neighboring hotel. There is a side entrance that allows you to go out the rear of the hotel property facing the mall and it's just a 100' walk or so. The room was a good size, in good condition, and clean. The basement bathroom/changing area for the pool was immaculate. The pool was a little older and had a loose rail, but overall was in decent shape. We usually felt like we had the place to ourselves. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options both Indian and western. Room service is pretty fast. We only used it once, but we got our food in about half an hour, which is much faster than other 5 stay hotels I've stayed at (Leela, Trident). Staff was great and was very accommodating about arriving early or checking out late."

" This is the worst hotel I have stayed in recent months. Right from entering gate to check-out, there were multiple instances that point staff is poorly trained: 1. I get down from taxi and about to enter hotel when doorman signals me to get my small backpack scanned. He signalled me in a manner I would call my pet or toddler son 2. I enter lobby, I politely stand in queue behind the check-in desk as all 3 desks were occupied. A staff walks up to asking me to sit in waiting area. When I state that I am fine standing, she asked me to get behind another visitor. Very next moment, couple of (non-Indian looking) gentlemen walk in and the same lady asks for their passports and got them into another queue ahead of me. Thanks for making me feel like second class citizen in my own country 3. My parents and I were put in rooms on different floors so we swapped one key to get access to each other’s floors. Next morning, I am not able to access my parent’s floor. I go to security—she doesn’t have access key(strange!). I go to front desk, they rewrite key, I walk up to elevator and the key is still not working. I walk to front desk again—I reconfirm that key will work this time. I walk to elevator and guess what it doesn’t work again. I lost 15 minutes in this ordeal. I walk to front desk again and the guy gives me 4 keys this time Many more such issues through my stay My recommendation - avoid this place at all cost. Suggestion to hotel - train your staff better"

"Spa excellent. Check in very very slow and even though 4.30pm they could not allocate us a room. No tap beer in the bar and only two beer selections . Have stayed here many times and this time underwhelming . "
