"Was hoping pool would be larger and in a unfilled room. Instead its in the basement, small, and was experiencing renovation construction on one of the long walls. They can say they have a pool but its sub standard for such a grand hotel!"

"We wish we hadn’t paid extra for the upgrade. It gave us a little more space, but still a very basic room with no additional features. The upgrade was not worth the cost."

"The whole experience of staying was so lovely. The staff were helpful, the room had a great view and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was nice in the room and great facilities. Breakfast had a variety of choice, high quality and friendly staff."

"The hotel itself was good. Only thing I have to say is bed too soft for my back , neck and shoulder injury. Little walk to the tram. Far from central Amsterdam. No food at hotel after 10am. "
