"They had a group of kids staying the night. All night long there was noise. At 11 PM I complained about the noise and they gave me a different room. The new room was worse with the noise from the surrounding rooms. At 12 AM complained again and I was told the area where my original room was quited down. Transferred me back to old room, could not transfer my key card, which if I left the room I would need the manager to re-enter. Noise continued near me until 2 AM and started back in at 6 AM. Complained at check out and they did nothing but say sorry. Absolutely horrible customer service."

"My first room had multiple roaches and it looked like water damage in the room on the ceiling and the appliances were worn down with horrible staining on them. My second room had some marker on the bed and the bottom portion of the door was missing so could see into the hall. The lobby smelled like poop and down the hallway smelled like a fish market. The floors were disgusting and overall, I felt like it wasn’t maintained. The ceilings had stains and were chipping. The staff moved me to another room when asked but it was directly next to my initial, roach filled room. They said they’d refund me by 10 AM the next day when I refused to stay and they didn’t."

"It’s a okay place to stay the staff was very nice and helpful the rooms were not as clean as they should have been we stayed for a week and housekeeping never cleaned the room we had to ask for towels everyday empty our own garbage cans we had even put the clean please tag on the door when we left for the day only to come back and nothing was done to it"

"When we arrived to the front desk there was a drip leaking from the ceiling, the reception area looked like it need to be swept/vacuumed. When we entered our room it was clean but had a very musky smell. The AC did not work great at cooling the room but we were only staying for one night. Overall we would not stay there again. On a positive note the receptionist who was working that evening did make some wonderful restaurant suggestions for us to try."

"The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient. The only negative was that the only functional ice machine was on the first floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there in the future should the opportunity arise."
