"Overall a very nice hotel. Convenient to all attractions, backs into Bourbon Street. Nice staff and clean lobby and inviting. Room large but pillows are way to hard and and a times unable to sleep due to all the walking, softer pillows would be wonderful. Overall was a nice hotel to stay at. "

"Le Pavilion is often my go-to hotel when visiting NOLA. I like the classy facade and hotel interiors. The rooms are pretty good size, classy style with tall ceilings. The bathrooms are very well styled with marble in a European style. The value in this area is really hard to beat. I prefer the 'edge of the French Quarter' location on Poydras St, making it more accessible to everything without the French Quarter traffic."

"This was our 3rd time in NOLA, but our first time not staying on Canal Street. This hotel was superb. The location is great. It's a 5min drive to Bourbon St and about a 15 min walk. It was away from all the noise but still close enough to enjoy the action. Hotel staff was friendly, our room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I'm in New Orleans."

"Loved this gem of a hotel! There was a cafe and restaurant on site, and the food was wonderful. We had a balcony room facing the street so were able to people watch, and then went to the courtyard that gave the feeling of being in a peaceful tropical paradise with only the sound of the water in the fountain. We were afraid the noisy street would keep us up at night, but could only hear the garbage truck and super loud motorcycle--well insulated rooms! Staff was excellent, room and hotel were...

"The hotel was fine the staff wasn’t very helpful when there was a mixup with a booking, telling me I should have called them and booked with them, at the time the snide response was definitely not needed and was pretty unprofessional and rude. I realize I should have done that while dealing (and continue to deal with having money not refunded), I didn’t need the comment while dealing with missing money. "The staff was extremely friendly and great to work with. We revisiting New Orleans for our 30th wedding anniversary and they went out of their way to help us celebrate, including a nice unexpected gift of champagne. Them being located in the French Quarter is nice because everything was within easy walking distance. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the hotel. Some of the bars nearby played music very loud until very late at night. For someone who is a light sleeper, You will hear...
