"This is one of my regular hotels to stay at when I come to BR. Very good on the price but has a free bumps in the road This go around. It said pretty heavy on Saturday night. So therefore it had some outside rain leaking in the room through the window some how. Management made sure I got another room and they took care of it swiftly. Tried to call them from my room phone but the wire was cut for some reason. But overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was on point. "

"The hotel staff was incompetent. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, but then was told they were all dirty and might not get cleaned for over 4 hours- This was at 4:20pm!! Then we watched the housekeepers all leave after 5pm. Next, the clerk said we could have 2 adjoining rooms- only to not know how to do that!! "

"Breakfast was meh, i think a continental breakfast would have been better. The room was clean however our balcony door handle was broken and house keeping never came. The front desk staff was awesome, so overall not the best but definitely not the worst "
