I highly recommend a stay here. These are quiet and comfortable family-owned rooms set in Piano di Sorrento (about 4 km from the centre of Sorrento). It is a 6-minute walk from Piano train station. It has a large swimming pool set in a large garden with good parking. There is a small number of staff, so you will have to plan your needs. The B&B is located in an unusual building but the location is great for exploring Sorrento. We stayed in the Capri suite, which has a wonderful view and terrace/balcony. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The best thing about staying at Serale Suites was Lisa who greeted us every morning and fed us an incredibly delicious breakfast. This lovely lady works extremely hard and did an amazing job in making us feel welcome. Grazie!

Hotel lovely, breakfast are fab. Staff really acomodating. I stayed in room 16 which is noisy as it's by reception. I would ask for a roo. On 2.nd floor at the back if you want quiet as rooms overlooking square would be noisy. Definitely go back.

Fabulous hotel excellent location main entrance in the main square of Sorrento close to all shops and restaurants. This b&b is in a fantastic location right in the centre of Sorrento just off the main square. The train station is a short walk up the road so there's no need to hire a car to get to places such as Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The main harbour is also close by so taking a boat to visit Capri, Naples or the towns along the Amalfi coast is an easy option. Carmela was a wonderful host and the property was beautiful. We had the room with the balcony which was lovely and spacious and the view was breathtaking. It was a lovely base to have just out of the main part of the town, about 15 minute walk. Carmela was very friendly and helpful and we felt well looked after.

I find some hotels in this bracket a bit pretentious, but that wasn't the case here. The manager (I assume) was really friendly when we checked in and made us feel very welcome. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. The large roof terrace has a nice bar and fantastic views towards Vesuvius. There is also a nice ground floor bar with roadside terrace. Lots to like and I would happily recommend anyone to stay here. Be aware that there is no lift and stairs are quite steep. Staff are excellent but are not on site 24/7 however are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are extremely helpful. Breakfast is on an open air terrace with lovely views, however during our stay it was too cold to sit out. There are 2 small tables under cover or you can take breakfast to your room.
