"Check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast options were also good. Room didn’t have iron. When we asked the front desk, they couldn’t provide any and said they are not sure where are the irons are since the changes/ renovation! Also bed was make but sheet wasn’t changed. I dropped food crumbs on the bed and the next day crumbs were still there after the bed was made. Overall we had good experience and do recommend this hotel to stay."

The hotel is lovely with possibly the best staff of anywhere we stayed in Italy. They bent over backwards to help out with whatever we needed. You do have to get used to walking on the road with cars/buses going by, but we never once had a close call--no one wants to hit a pedestrian!
