"It was not a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are claustrophobic and mosquito infested to ruin your sleep. The staff are not cooperative. Instance where i wanted an extra towel the guy kept insisting that we already have one towel in the room and was rude. We asked for glass of hot water which was never deivered. Only good part about the hotel is the location in Pune."

"We booked this place as it's was reasonably priced. We arrived late due to plane delays but unfortunately. Our taxi driver had a bit of a job to find the hotel. We found the place close to the british Library/council. We were shown to our the rooms that are big and spacious and the quality of rooms are good standard.
