Second time there, great service, good breakfast, great gym and pool area and spa. No complaints really! Rooms are comfortable. Requested a robe each day and they were all pretty old. not really a big deal for me, but noticeable.

Hyatt leaves a lot to desire for - age is showing on the property. Worst issue was a live small cockroach in the dinner buffet area that I had to point to the chef manning the station who squashed it with a paper towel and continued with his service as if no big deal. I informed Mr Mahesh the main chef who seemed a lot more concerned and apologetic. The front desk staff is not welcoming at all except for Mr Amol Gaikwad who seemed eager to serve - kudos to him on his attitude. Mr Deepak Borade Asst Housekeeping Manager is definitely worth a mention who (after realizing they had ruined my wife’s pure silk top in the laundry) went above and beyond to take care of us and was genuinely concerned about the shortcomings. Stuff happens - it’s how you deal with it matters. Perhaps the broader staff need to learn from their mates (Amol and Deepak) or go stay at any Taj Property for a few days to learn what service really means!

Good location but weak front desk staff and service. Avoid booking an east facing room.. AC doesn’t go below 23C and can get a little toasty in the morning.

The only thing I was not impressed by was that we could not walk anywhere from the property as there is a lot of traffic and no sidewalks. That being said, we didn't feel the need to leave the property much as it is very large, comfortable, beautiful, with great restaurants, spa, gym... We loved their breakfast buffet. It was a great way to start the day. My mother and I used all of the amenities more than once! The machines at the gym are top notch. Spa staff was lovely and services were reasonably priced. We also spent considerable time on the shaded outdoor beds by the pool. It felt like the garden of Eden out there! The Wifi was strong so I was able to work easily on my computer. The whole staff at the hotel was LOVELY and so helpful! We would especially like to thank Sahil (our house keeper), Ubhay (at the bar), Neerav (helped us at the front desk many times), Caroline (at the restaurant), Arbinda and papuu (helped us at the restaurant), and Pooja who checked on us during our stay. I am signing up to be a member of Hyatt because of our stay. I would highly recommend.
