This is a great place to stay, but there is a lot of scope for improvement. Most importantly they need to know no hotel charges for an ice bucket. Also please check all appliances before the guest has checked in.

Administration staff was rude and lazy. Room phone did not work. Premier suite (top suite) smelt like cigarettes even in newly cleaned room. Wifi was horrible, did not connect well, incredibly slow. Feels like the hotel was constructed right, but somehow employed mostly incompetent staff that are caretakers rather than people who want to provide a good service.
