Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton Pune! The service was warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable, and the food was exceptional with a great breakfast spread. My kids absolutely loved the hotel, which made our stay even more special. We enjoyed it so much that we booked our second stay within a week. Highly recommended for families!

The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. However, there was a slight issue at reception, where some staff came across as a bit snobby and did not greet guests with a smile. Overall? It’s a great hotel.

Great and comfortable stay

I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for one night, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Located within walking distance of shopping mall. Reception staff were helpful. I really liked the restaurant, which had wide choice of food selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed with restaurant staff who provided really good service. I will certainly use this hotel again.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Viman Nagar recently. The location is excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. However, the property does seem to be showing its age. The room carpet was worn out, patchy, and could definitely use replacement. The sink water had an unpleasant odor, and I ended up using bottled mineral water even for brushing my teeth. The breakfast spread was decent but fairly average compared to other hotels in the same category. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and a great location, but some refurbishment and better maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience.
