"The staff is really good and friendly. They are warm and remembered me from the past stays. They are very helpful and willing to accommodate needs. The breakfast is excellent. The location is walkable to many restaurants and shopping places. Will stay there again."

"It was not a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are claustrophobic and mosquito infested to ruin your sleep. The staff are not cooperative. Instance where i wanted an extra towel the guy kept insisting that we already have one towel in the room and was rude. We asked for glass of hot water which was never deivered. Only good part about the hotel is the location in Pune."
