We had intended to book into the YMCA The Salisbury but through a mistake on our part booked into the YHA Mei Ho - this was great with a family feel about it. Rooms were clean, food was good, except for breakfast. They had a launderette on site which was used frequently by us because of the heat. The staff were great especially Allen on reception and Kenneth in housekeeping. We did venture to the Salisbury but this wasn't for us as it was too posh - we felt intimidated as we are a couple of...

The staff informed me the price was not inclusive the tax when arrived. And I do not have any choose even just around HK$100. I thought that would mention clear in the information.
However, all the staffs were very nice and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights - everything was clean and new, this is a priority for me, pointless have lots of space if a room is dirty. So, yes, the room was tiny even by Hong Kong standards. I booked a single and was given a free upgrade to a double, although I would rather not have had the second bed in the room! Staff were very helpful , offered me a plug adapter without me having to ask, gave directions to shops for items I needed, helped hail a taxi etc, they were very friendly. No tea , milk...

Loved my stay here and definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The pool is warm, heated around 26-30 degrees (c). As a guest there are discounts for spa treatments and complimentary activities such as yoga or wine tasting available. Location is great for access to MTR, Ladies market and shopping, and plenty of food options.

What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

This was our second stay at The Hari after having an issue with a visa. We returned and the staff were very helpful.
If you can get breakfast included we would recommend as not many options in surrounding area.
We used the A11 bus from the airport which stops 2 minutes away

ALL OF THE STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND WE LOVED THE HOTEL ,LOCATION 10 MINUTE WALK TO CENTRAL AND PACIFIC PLACE. NOT ALL FACILITIES ARE OPEN BUT THE HOTEL MET OUR NEEDS. WE ARRIVED FROM DUBAI AT 07.15 AM AND WERE CHECKED IN IMMEDIATELY (CHECK IN OFFICIALLY 14.00). THIS WAS GREAT SERVICE AT NO EXTRA COST.
