A truly wonderful hotel with the most attentive and considerate staff (a special shout out to Lincoln for the upgrade). Views are breathtaking and the hotel is spotless. The bar and restaurant is great plus ozone was excellent too. This is truly a step beyond any hotel I’ve stayed in. Highly recommended.

The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. The W benefits from a fab location right on the MTR line. So it was great for getting from the airport, and sightseeing. Moreover its ethos is great too. We had a lovely room, with wonderful views and the amenities were top notch. Swimming pool and fitness area were beautiful. Breakfast featured everything you’d ever want. And the staff were exemplary. Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.

All staff was friendly and polite, housekeeper always said good morning or good afternoon every time they see you with a smile. The pool and spa was great, some part of room need a bit of updating but we still had a very enjoyable stayed.

I was pleasantly surprised. For a random independent hotel, for a good price, it was clean and spacious enough for my needs. Everything worked. the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great. Even had an area for taxis to pull in to load and unload. If I’m budget conscious, would stay here again.

Wonderful location; staff really helpful

We had a great stay and actually returned here for a second time during this trip—zero issues either time, and we’d gladly come back again. The location is ideal, especially traveling as a family. You are very close to both East Tsim Sha Tsui and Tsim Sha Tsui stations, and having step-free/lift access at both made getting around with luggage and kids completely hassle-free. Whenever it got hot outside, walking through the connected MTR exits and nearby shopping malls was a relief since...

I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants...

Clean modern hotel with excellent service. Paid for premium room upgrade which had fantastic views over the harbour. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. A great breakfast is included. Free shuttle bus on the hour can take you to different sites.

Newly completed hotel, close to all the amenities, shops restaurants markets, MTR, staff really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
