Great hotel. Seemed newly done and was very clean. V convenient for West Kowloon station.

Stayed in Eaton for 16 nights. Staffs were lovely and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Will stay here again in the future.

Great hotel in a good location. 5mins walk to local MTR. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready as we were a little early however we were surprised by a wonderful upgrade to a Suite. The room was excellent! Nice modern decor with plenty of room and seating area. Bathroom was big and nicely decorated too. The only downfall was found the aircon system very difficult to set. Close to MTR Jordan and famous street food. It’s second time to re-visit this hotel. Breakfast also was very good. Can walk to TST only 600 m.

The first thing that impressed me was the location, it's only 5 minutes from Jordan MTR as well as Tsim Sha Tsui. We have to locate the hotel for a bit since it's in the building on 4th floor. The check in was a little bit trouble we had to call to find the reception but all was forgotten with how nice the staff was and the room was clean and cozy. She was ice showing us around and gave a map to explore the area. Also our flight was delay due to typhoon, staff let us stay in the common area...

Great check in process but room was tiny, only one person can move around at a time. Room was very modern and clean. The cleaners came everyday and replaced everything. Bathroom was tiny with shower above toilet and everything gets wet in there. We are quite small people and we managed fine in the room. The area is great for shopping and street food. Room very very small but cheap. Shower in toilet which is ok if on your own. Biggest issue is the bed is very very hard so uncomfortable. I slept on the duvet and turned the air-con off.
