One morning we experienced lukewarm shower water. Maybe because high usage at that time point, but it should not happen for this higher end hotel. "I would highly recommend accommodation at The Kowloon Hotel. Although the room was a little compact, it was clean and was serviced daily by friendly staff. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. "We had a great stay overall. We got to check in early, the room was spacious and location of the hotel is excellent. Cleanliness can be improved especially since there was one day where it was obvious no vacuuming was done and trash and dirty spoon were left after room cleaning was done. The gym was also not regularly monitored and had to keep calling for them to replace the water in the water dispenser. We love the convenience of location so for this we will choose to stay here again."
