Nice hotel based in a very busy shopping area. Rooms are on the small side, but the communal areas are very nice. Staff all helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy as you would expect.

Washroom is outdated, staff are nice, location is ok. Not close to MTR, walk about 10 minutes. Cannot get a taxi without asking the hotel concierge to book for you, about 5-10 minutes wait. Next door plaza has restaurants.

Hotel is well cleaned, staff are friendly, rooms good size, but from the reception to the elevator, you have to walk up few steps before you can get to the elevator, which is not convenient for someone with knee problems.

No in room amenities. Check in staff were very competent. However, housekeeping was terrible. They wanted to clean the room despite the do not disturb sign. When they cleaned the room, my toothbrush was gone when I returned to the room. Everything else was present so I didn’t file a report.
