The location was great, very central and the room was tidy. There were also laundry facilities at cost which I appreciated. I was a bit disappointed though by the lack of “fitness centre” or gym, one of the reasons I booked this place, but there are gyms with a day pass nearby in walking distance (very expensive though).

The rooms were impeccable, cleaned and organized daily. Separate work sleep and lounge area. Bathroom with separate toilet sink and shower/tub area. Very clean and luxurious tub. Attention to detail such as toothpaste hair ties, sewing kit in room, chargers in night stands, daily snacks commemorating fall festival, tea cup put out, ice bucket filled. Helpful practical concierge service by Chris. Great craft cocktails specific to lobby and top floor bar. Excellent views of the city. Don’t forget to read about the amenities on the TV menu which has an excellent sound system. Highly recommend.

"Staffs are very helpful. Nice hotel but lacking amenities such as restroom in the lobby and laundry room. Limited space inside the room if you have big luggages. Overall, still good for location and stay if those issues are not relevant to you."
