"This hotel is very well located. This was my second stay. They have a food court at the basement level, which has some excellent food. Great prices as well. The staff are always helpful. We had an issue with the pillows. 1 was very soft and the other very high and firm. When my partner asked for any other solution he wasn't helped much. I went back later in the pm and spoke to a young man who came up with a solution. I received however, 2 quilts?!!. I then left a note for the cleaner who serviced our rooms. They changed it. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned every day. The only downside is the very thin door and walls. I could hear every door bang, conversation in the corridors or in the adjacent rooms. This did wake me up a few times."

"The hotel offers a value alternative to the other chain hotels in Hong Kong. The location is not the most convenient for shopping or nice restaurants, but taxis are always available. The harbor view rooms have been recently redone vs the city view rooms which are showing their age. Also the city view room had a damp AC smell. The hotel restaurant had a nice breakfast and dinner buffets plus an a la cart menu. The major issue I had was when booking a reservation online I accidentally entered the wrong date and clicked confirmed before realizing it. I canceled the reservation and rebooked for the correct dates. After my arrival and speaking with hotel management they refused to refund my $500 USD for the wrong dates!!! I will not be staying at this hotel again."

"All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left. He Tried getting a tip as well. :). After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!"

"Convenient location right across from the museum and the famous stars bridge. Area surrounded by shops, restaurants and indoor food malls. Walking distance to the subway as well. My room has a beautiful view of the water and the opposite town, at night can see the laser light show from the buildings across the water."
