Front desk staff were not very helpful, when I asked if they can help me find an iPhone charging cable, they said they don’t have any and there was nothing they could do. When I called the guest service , the person on the phone told me to go to the Concierge which is right across from the front desk. So, I made another trip to the lobby to speak to the Concierge, the staff looked at me and said the hotel only has slow charger, don’t expect the phone to be charged anytime soon. Anyway, i understand this is an aging hotel, the rooms are not equipped with USB wall plugs, i can deal with that, my disappointment is that the front desk staff lacked the willingness to help. They didn’t seem to care.
